20° C during monsoon (June – October). In summer, the days are warm (30° – 35°) but it gets cooler (25° – 30°) at nights. In winter, the temperature is between 20° C and 25° C during the day.
There are some nearby attractions that include the lovely Asaniye waterfalls and the historic Fort Hanumant which is an hour’s trek from the tourism centre. 

This is an alcohol free zone – not just the tourism centre but the whole village has been known to have traditionally abstained from the usage of alcohol. The place has a higher level of oxygen content in the air. The breeze has a cleansing and relaxing effect on mind and body. The landscapes are mesmerising. The tourism centre is home to a huge variety of plants, trees, birds and animals, some of which are very rare. Everything grows here organically.
